Youth Resources

  • We seem to know more about our bodies than we do our minds. This website is designed to share information about mental health and provide you with resources that can help you understand your mental health and assist those you care about.
  • To Write Love On Her Arms (Twolha)- To Write Love on Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.
  • Mental Health for Young People- provides education, information, and resources to get help
  • Ok2Talk- The goal of OK2TALK, sponsored by NAMI, is to create a community for teens and young adults struggling with mental health problems and encourage them to talk about what they’re experiencing by sharing their personal stories of recovery, tragedy, struggle or hope. Anyone can add their voice by sharing creative content such as poetry, inspirational quotes, photos, videos, song lyrics and messages of support in a safe, moderated space. We hope this is the first step towards getting help and feeling better.
  • Get Help- Teen Health & Wellness has listed hotline phone numbers for a variety of issues including suicicidne prevention, stress, eating disorders, LGBTQ, and much more!
